Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us at hello@leoralighting.co.uk before placing your order.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and its origin:
- UK Stocked Products: Typically delivered within 3–5 business days from dispatch
- Products Shipped from Europe: May take up to 21 days to arrive
- Special Order or Made-to-Order Products: Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page. These items may require longer processing depending on manufacturer timelines
Please refer to the product page and your dispatch confirmation email for tracking and delivery estimates. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or public holidays.
Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery: Free for orders over £150, £5.95 for orders under £150
Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping option.
Order Processing

Orders placed before 1PM on business days will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel from the carrier, the item may be returned to us. In such cases:

You may be charged additional delivery costs to resend the item.

Refunds for undeliverable items will exclude the initial delivery cost.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect your items upon delivery. If any products arrive damaged or items are missing:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery
- Contact us at hello@leoralighting.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence (if applicable)
Unfortunately, we cannot accept claims for damaged or missing items reported after 48 hours.
Delays and Force Majeure
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, strikes, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer automated international delivery options. If you are located outside the UK and would like to place an order, please email hello@leoralighting.co.uk for a custom quote and estimated delivery timeframe. Please note:
- You are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges in your country
Special Orders
Special Order and Made-to-Order items may have longer lead times, which will be clearly noted on the product page. These products are manufactured or sourced to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once ordered. If delivery of a Special Order item is delayed, we will inform you of the updated timeline as soon as possible.
