While this may mean slightly longer delivery times for some products, it helps us avoid waste, offer a wider variety, and ensure you're only getting fittings we stand behind.

When you order from us, we order directly from the manufacturer. That means lead times can vary depending on availability, and we’re sometimes subject to their processes. But we believe in transparency—we’ll always keep you informed, and we’ll only ever pass on return charges or restocking fees if they’ve been applied to us.
